have many years of experience ranging from large complex of small,

The system implemented in Plenisal at The Swedish Parliament was
developed within the parlaments internal management with Janne Lundqvist
as the leading project manager. The system PLENUM has since developed
under the direction of Q enter in cooperation with Stockholm
County Council to be able to build a system that was fully adapted
to the wishes and demands that SLL had.
PLENUM has since continued to evolve with different
features and requirements that customers have had.
PLENUM is a client-server solution with its basis
in a number of server applications and Microsoft SQL as a database
as well as free range of clients who manages the system and the
meetings. It allows us to obtain the high security of data and backup
routines when it becomes a integrated municipal / county standard
IT architecture.

Smaller councils with the future in sight

Apple iPod normally installed in a desk drawer with built-in extra
battery for long battery operation. Units have features such as
viewing of the council speaking times, voting, login, discussion

Sundbyberg Municipality and the Stockholm City Hall chose to make their meetings available with webcasting from Abiliteam AB. Index the agenda, speakers, etc. to live / ondemand transmission made automatically by the Plenary.
